Christensen Development is excited to have been involved in the first phase of a pedestrian-minded redevelopment block in the heart of Des Moines’ East Village neighborhood. The East 2nd Street Ramp utilizes an effective footprint that provides a parking solution to the area without impeding on the nearby retail, office, and living space. Christensen Development collaborated on the six-level building’s post-tensioned concrete structure that accommodates 540 parking spaces encased by an array of 336 solar panels.
