e300 was completed in 2009. The building emphasized innovative and sustainable design. The project features one of the largest residential geothermal systems ever installed in Iowa. This particular geothermal system utilizes 400 foot underground loops that provide the building’s heating, cooling, and hot water needs.
Made up of 79 apartments and 12,500 square feet of retail space, e300 has become a popular destination for living and dining.
