Christensen Development acted as owner’s representative for Kent Mauck and Davis Sanders to renovate two historic warehouse buildings at the corner of SW 5th and MLK Parkway. This development is one of the latest projects that are reinvigorating the south-of-downtown corridor along MLK, bringing new life to what for decades had been a neglected, post-industrial area of the city.
The renovation turned the vacant warehouses into103 beautiful, modern, market-rate apartments and a home for St. Kilda’s Coffee Shop. The total project costs were $25 million.
